Hal solos..oh prep..JLA stomps.

With prep for the Avengers, JLA wins in a harder won battle. 
Without prep, Hal, Flash, or the Martian can solo. 

The members of the Avengers are all weak other than Thor. A week of prep might do something, but I would still go with the JLA.

JLA ftw too strong, too fast, too much alround great abilities for the Avengers to handle imo
