Who wins and Why?

Edit: Took out prep, phoenix, and switched wally to barry based on the responses to make it fair

People will say Wally solos however someone does solo and that isn't flash it's the pheonix, however prep with reed can be deadly to all

Phoenix solos without prep

Reed can possibly solo with prep but I'll still go with Phoenix soloing

No prep and phoenix and JLA stomp

not with one day of prep. reed will be the first to die unless one of the others protect them. it's kind of hard to say if phoenix solos or not. will her powers work on superman or the flash? superman has an aura that protects him from anything but magic. flash has the speed force. can the phx react to supes. also green lantern is a beast. all we do know is that reed and bats will be paste in a heartbeat. the thing and the torch will be next to fall. sues force field couldn't keep out the hulk. i doubt that it will stand up to supes or thor. i will give it to the jla to be the last team standing and cleaning up what's left of bats and richards.

ff or x-men it just depends on if reed can figure out how to stop phoenix in a day and i don't know that answer if anyone could it would be reed though.

others on marvel have stopped her. also, it's not just phx vs justice league. it's phx and xmen vs justice league vs avengers. it was a free for all. it's moot now since he took her out. now justice league has the clear advantage. they could just tear through most of the others before they can even react.

@jbu22: @christianrapper: others on the marvel team have gotten in her way, not stopped her. The rampage of the original Dark Phoenix was stopped by herself. Cyclopes DP was stopped by his own decision to "let go" and the goal the Phoenix set out to do which was take Hope and restart the mutant gene was accomplished. So nobody stopped her on those teams. If anybody believed she could actually be stopped by this lineup, nobody would have suggested she be removed.

This really comes down to the JL vs Avengers...and Batman is a non-factor. This means that Thor can defeat Superman. Iron Man, Scarlet Witch and Hulk can kill Green Lantern. And then they can all work to disable Flash...
