While I no Doubt agree with you on Routh being able to Solo I would question if he is more powerful than Kara.

In Smallville she was supposed to be equal if not more powerful than Clark was at that time. In the final scene Clark Solo'd Darksied and moved a mother fking planet (Apokalips) out of Earths orbit in mere seconds.
