ok ... let's see ... yomi numa technique... how fast can this be activated? if instantly than jiraiya can start off with this. it's an interesting technique. it's not a offensive but it's more like a restrictions technique. I'm leaning towards itachi here though. I hate to admit it. itachis techs are not only fast, but effective. no bfr so that means itachis greatest weapon is neutralized but still amaterasu and genjutsu and finger genjutsu put j man on his toes.

Jiraiya is on higher level than Guy and Kakashi. The anime and statistic confirmed that. Feats can only be use unless there is no confirmation. And unless Guy uses the 8th gate then he can beat Jiraiya in which he will die as well and that can only count as a tie. He only survived thanks to Naruto's yang release ability. Regardless, Kisame did said that Jiraiya is stronger than him.

Jiraiya could not defeat Orochimaru. But that was in the past where the later Jiraiya and Orochimaru are both stronger. Orochimaru obtained the Edo tensei technique to fight even witht he Third which he couldnt do in the past and Jiraiya obtained sage mode. Jiraiya was bluff? How do u know? Proof? Again, thats a funny assumption. Jiraiya wouldnt fight with pain that well who easily defeated Hanzo the one that all 3 sannins couldnt beat in the past if he wasnt stronger.
Also, even without having all six paths power in one body, pain is still stronger than Itachi because only god realm path is enough trouble who can crush everything included Itachi's susanoo and repel amateratsu with shinra tensei or chibaku tensei. Tsukuyomi wont work or he has to catch it on all six of them which is difficult and pain already has too much knowledge about Itachi. Not to mention the abilities of the other paths such as summoning the beast that cannot be killed. Naruto only won thanks to the help from knowledge and nine tail rampage or he would be done by the chibaku tensei. If Itachi doesnt know the secret like Jiraiya, he probably wouldnt done any better.

No he is not and it does not confirm that. Might Guy wont need the 8th gate to beat Jiraiya. You are going by part one statements that have been debunked by part two statements and feats. Kisame have the chakra of a tail beast while Jiraiya do not. Kisame can fight a tail beast while Jiraiya almost died by Naruto when he was in four tails.

If Itachi knows his secret. Which does. He can still win if six paths are not in one body. They both have knowledge on each other. Nagato is weak against Genjutsu. Jiraiya is on another level. Its already confirmed because Guy and Kakashi are confirmed to be equal and Jiraiya or Orochimaru are confirmed as on a higher level than Kakashi. During Konoh's invasion. Ebisu also said that Jiraiya is the only one strong enough to defeat Orochimaru and did not refer to Guy at all. And like I said, Kisame already admitted that then why do u still persist? lol. Also, Kisame only able to match with Jinchuuriki because of his ability to feed on chakra but that wont work for Jiraiya because his sage mode chakra will turn him into a frog if he try LMAO! And Jiraiya almost died fighting Naruto four tails form but he won eventually also, he tried to only suppress his rampage to save him not to kill him which is much more difficult against such thing. Kisame is called a tailed beast with no tail but he is yet to match the tailed beast. It already said that only a full body susanoo of Madara would be able to match a tailed beast so even Itachi's half body susanoo wouldnt. Kisame only match a jinchuuriki and he also took advantage of the water environment to fight Bee.

And how would u know if the time skipped Jiraiya cant beat Orochimaru? LOL. They havent fight since that time except for the three way deadlock battle where both Jiraiya and Orochimaru are not at their best. Itachi only defeated Orochimaru at the time he was with Akatsuki. If Orochimaru is to used edo tensei to summon the hokages against Itachi then we do not know how thing will turn out. Without Edo tensei, Orochimaru cant match Jiraiya and Itachi. And it has something to do with this because it show how inaccurate ur measurement of their strength based on Jiraiya and Itachi head to head against Orochimaru.
Well, if Jiraiya knows the secret, he could still win as well since Jiraiya's sage mode at the time was better than Naruto where he can maintain it continuously where Naruto cant. If Naruto can maintain his sage mode then he could have beat Pain. And in fact he could have catch all six paths into his frog song technique instead because his genjutsu catch the opponent by sound. But not certain about Itachi who will have a tougher job becuz Itachi's tsukuyomi required eye contact and to do that against 6 people is tough. His susanoo is still gonna be crushed by chibaku tensei anyway.
@monkey1992: No it is funny how you don't acccept what is canon in the story and have been stated multiple times in the manga. It been stated multiple times that Itachi would do anything to protect his village and his little brother even lied to him. All you had to do was go back and read the story again and read when Obito told Sasuke the truth about Itachi. Because he was playing double agent and did not want to fight Jiraiya because it would be two on one and he knew Jiraiya stood no chance against them. That is why he even goes further to say that if it was seven of them vs him they would all die or he would win which is not true. For crying out loud Itachi is able to fight tail beasts while Jiraiya cannot not. But I'm making up stuff because that is what you going to say and have no evidence to disprove what I said. I'm not going to even bother reading the rest. Again. Agree to disagree.
