I don't know too much about jigsaw, but Two-Face could definitely do some damage if the coin lands right.

meh, give Two Face prep and he would win easily.... but in a straight fight i'd say Jigsaw is better ( he would'nt stop to flip a coin and whatnot)

@isaacthrash: killer croc is a numbskull. Jigsaw survives encounters with the punisher, a tactical genius and trained soldier who has enough weapons to make ISIS blush.

pretty sure the caliber of villains is a mismatch here. Jigsaw is a less crazy joker but expresses more enthusiasm in weapons than chemicals. two face is a common thug with some firepower. if it was a gang war it could go either way and is def a 50/50. 1v1 tho its definitely Russo.
