I think it depends on if it's the Jesus who people actually believe is God or the Jesus who people believe is basically the chief angel (so to speak) and not actually God.

Jesus hands down simply because, at least as I was taught, God made the Devil and so can control him. Jesus is God so he stomps Satan in his many forms then gets around to other stuff.

When i read of Satans battles it's never one on one and i never hear of Jesus doing the fighting. Where is it written that Jesus cast him to hell?

Jesus got retconned in the Quran, so he isn't as powerful as he used to be.  Most likely the devil would win this battle.

This already happened and Satan lost every time.

All power belongs to him (Matthew28:18), "At the name of JESUS everyknee (with no exceptions) in heaven and on earth and even under the earth (hell) shall bow and every tongue shall confess that JESUS CHRIST is The Lord to the glory of GOD the Father" (Philippians.2:9-11).

JESUS (GOD) can do anything (allthings) (Philippians.4:13). There is nothing too difficult for him to do (Jeremiah.32:27).

As Jesus said to Satan he can hurt him but he can cut his head off

This is like unstoppable force vs immovable object.
