Jean Grey Vs. Rose Tyler

Haha, so I bet i have no clue what im talking about but I just finished watching the Ep. of Doctor Who (love that show) when she was like one with the tardis and well she seemed really powerful... so who would win? Jean Grey w/ phoenix or rose tyler with the tardis?

If I remember right, Rose was able to control time. Just as she brought Jack back to life and made him immortal; she could kill Jean when she was a baby, or something along those lines. Rose should win.

She had complete control over space-time. She could see every atom and control them. On top of that she was a paradox. She created herself after her creation with her control of time. Even if Jean Grey could think of some way to hurt her it wouldn't matter because she would just prevent that from happening anyways.
