You could consider X-Man who is a clone from Jean and Cyclops, but then again that is not really her son and he too is from a different reality. "

Rachel Summers has already levitated a city, Rachel's power are at subatomic level, while Jean's are at molecular, Rachel is also the avatar of the phoenix, for the ones saying Jean grey is phoenix herself  ¬¬
and this question is, about who would win, not about the most overrated.

@silverr: Barely, she levitated Providence barely and with Cable's guidance! Meanwhile, Jean has lifted hundreds of thousands of tons and shielded the X-men from a point blank island wide explosion!

Several of the top psychics in marvel have attested to Jean's powers sans the PF, Rachel included who always has considered her mother stronger! Jean also has a connection to the PF that Rachel has never attained.

She's her mother's less appealing replacement, whose trotted out while Jean's alway and with her return Rachel is shuddered back off into irrelevancy!
