Jean Grey vs Amazo

There are two rounds in this battle. 
 
Round 1: Jean Grey without the Phoenix vs Amazo who has absorbed the powers of  Superman and Martian Manhunter,  takes place in Metropolis.
 
Round 2: Jean Grey with the Phoenix vs Amazo who has absorbed the powers of Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Black Lightning,  Martian Manhunter,  Aquaman, Elongated Man,  and Red Tornado, GL Ring,  Zatanna's magic, and skills of Batman, Black Canary, and Green Arrow.

I think Amazo may take both rounds

Round 1: too close to call.. 
 
Round 2: Jean Grey would win in a stomp of biblical proportions..

There is no way Jean is winning round 1 

How is she going to win round 2? 

Jean gets destroyed for round one, but she would probably win round two.

Does Amazo have any feats of being able to copy a life force like the Phoenix Force?

They already copied Hourman and the Worlogog, so yeah, I believe so.

Amazo for R1, and Jean for R2.

Thinking of the one time the Phoenix powers have been mimicked were by a mutant tattoo artist who gave the X-Man, Ink, the powers of the Phoenix Force. The problem was that the act left the man comatose because the power to replicate remotely a fraction of that power was far too much energy than the mutant could output.

Amazo both rounds. Unless someone can prove Jean can disintegrate a Droid who made Flash blink before she gets blitzed, Amazo stomps her.

@pyrofn: I'm not too familiar with the Phoenix Force's feats, but I know the Worlogog (portions of it) are capable of performing universal feats and AMAZO was able to copy it without any issues, and if the Phoenix Force grants any sort of time manipulation, AMAZO could summon more versions of himself.

The time manipulation is limited to White Phoenix Jean Grey and Rachel Summers as far as I know. Time manipulation doesn’t really come to Phoenix hosts naturally. Jean and Rachel are prime exceptions in the pantheon of Phoenix hosts in existence.

The universal range probably Gives it an edge over the Green and Dark portions. White Phoenix is a problem that extends beyond the universal boundaries. I am noting this because the op doesn’t specify the form Jean is taking on as Phoenix in this thread, so I could assume it’s free range.
