They start 100 feet apart

Round 1 - Random Encounter - Morals on

Round 2 - Random Encounter - Morals off

Round 3 - Both teams have a week of prep - Morals on

Round 4 - Random Encounter - Both teams are split up - All members have all possibilities of encountering any other member of the team - Morals off

It's been a while since I've seen the FF movies. Round 4, if a morals off Storm, met Sue first, I think it'd go badly for Sue.
