Jason. Bebop & Rocksteady were as wimpy as the Foot Soldiers.
Round1. Jason has superhuman strength such as tossing people over cornfields, punching there heads off..etc.. Bebop and Rocksteady never showed any strength feats.
Round 2. Jason has the most dangerous weapon yet. He slices both apart.
Cartoon versions...I don't remember anything too terribly impressive. Jason could probably take them, but then again, I honestly could be forgetting something.
If we are talking the current IDW comic versions...Bebop and Rocksteady stomp both rounds, and they don't even need the weapons for round 2.
@wyldsong: How strong are the current versions of Bebop and Rocksteady? Strong enough to take on Megatron?
Megatron is quite a bit more powerful than everyone here. He'd solo all three=)
Currently in the IDW run, Bebop and Rocksteady each probably break the 10 ton strength range. With their durability and healing factors, it would take a bit more than what Jason packs to take them down.
