They don't have any gadgets and let's say they have experienced every battle they have had in their history.

No Gadgets it's who's the better fighter.

They both have prep and know each exactly who each other are.

Win by KO or Death.

2 Rounds.

Round 1. Morals On

Round 2. Morals off and are blood lusted.

Yeah... Without gear Todd is a better fighter and he should win both rounds.

Terry with his suit and gear is another story though

Jason with ease. Smarter, ruthless, better fighter in general. He'd give Terry a run even with the suit.

Jason. Seriously, aside from Bruce and Dick, Jason can beat anyone else in the Bat Family. Sure, they both have the same unstopable willpower that Bruce has, but Jason is stronger (dug out of his own grave), trained by Batman AND several assassins, more brutal, more educated, and has more experience. Terry without their suit/gadgets will get trumped. With their suit/gadgets it'll be more even but Jason will still win.

I like Terry because his personality is basically what Jason would be if he never "died", but in all truth Jason is near the best in the Bat Family. Probably (but under credited) their most dangerous foe.

every debate I've seen Todd in he loses the majority he's the weakest member of the bat family from what I know even Tim Drake was powning him.

@Vengance101: Actually, he nearly killed Tim drake twice in Battle for the Cowl and humiliated him at titans tower. Tim wouldn't stand a chance against Jason. Jason also shit on Damian and fought Nightwing to a standstill when Jason was exhausted after kicking the rest of the Bat Familys' collective asses. Jason is the strongest of the bat family with the exception of Bruce and debatably Dick Grayson whom might be slightly stronger and skilled but Jason carries heavy firepower. Terry may have a technology advantage but not even his suit can stop an array of bullets. And in Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker, he was losing to Joker and his goons during the fights and his suit could be stopped by an electrical shock (don't know if the source is reputable but anyhow). Jason wouldn't have that problem with joker and his goons because Jason would just shoot them.

Jason Todd DOMINATES this.

Terry gets punked by regular guys and relies on his suit for strength. And Jason Todd is SO not the weakest member of the Bat-family. I'd argue the opposite, outside of Bruce.

I'm mad people are saying that he's the second strongest in the Bat family, and nobody mentions Cassandra... but yeah, Jason takes this.

Jason Todd has beaten Tim drake. He is second to nightwing out of all the robins.

Terry has no suit here. Gadgets would incorporate his suit and he has done nothing to say he beats Jason at all in a h2h fight.

This isn't even close. Todd beat the snot out of Tim twice and Tim's only victory was poorly written fight with Jason standing there shooting at him. Terry can do fine against goons, but against trained fighters in terms of skill can't. He could hardly hang with an graying, crazed clone of Dick Grayson. At least Jason has fought close to the real Dick's level and gave Bruce a fight before he realized he was the Red Hood. Despite Bruce beating him easily later on in the fight. Even a holding back Batman is more dangerous in skill than Tim or Terry.
