Jason Todd & Bane vs. Crossbones & Bullseye

> Location: A Warehouse located in Russia. It is heavily lit and empty.
> The teams are bloodlusted and willing to kill each other.  
> They start 15 feet apart at opposite ends of the Warehouse. 
> Bane is equipped with venom.  
 The Rounds: 
  
Round 1: Standard Equipment, along with 2 days to prepare for the fight. Resources are given.
 
Round 2: Random encounter in the Warehouse. The teams have no weapons and will use unarmed combat skills.
 

Team 1 should win.

Not sure what team 2 has done with prep, Bane and Jason are pretty smart and as for round 2 i'm gonna go team 1.

Team 1 since Bullseye has often been defeated easily by Daredevil and I'm positive Jason is a better fighter than Bullseye or Crossbones.Also Bane is incredibly intelligent and with Venom can amp himself to being able to lift 20 to 30 tons so nothing team 2 can do will hurt Bane.

Team 1 both rounds!
