In a warehouse, bloodlusted
round 1: H2H
round 2: H2H, but improvised weapons, no equipment given
round 3: all get given 2 silenced pistols, and a knife, can't see each other when the round starts
I have to agree.Snake all rounds.
I've always maintained Snake as being quite a bit superior to them both. Add Agent 47 and make it 3 vs 1, then we'll talk.
Bourne wins the third round. Snake wins the H2H rounds.

I'd say snake wins with equipment, bourne in pure H2H
If you give Snake everything he wins since his tech is better than Bourne's and Sam is more realistic to compete. With just a silencer and stealth though I'd give it to Bourne who according to the books was more in his element in a wilderness and in the dark than anywhere else. The entire original trilogy is just about Bourne stalking people. In H2H Snake has to take it since I don't see anyone else fighting off Cyber Ninja.

Looks like i under-estimated bourne's stealth capabilities, and in the wilderness? I thought he was an urban ninja ;)

He was both. He was a ghost in the wilderness and a chameleon in an urban setting. Those were the terms the books used to describe him. The books always emphasize though that for Bourne he always knew the darkness was his friend and ally.
