Tubalcain had a decent fight with Alucard who was the most powerful being in the series. The Dandy Man can control cards capable of nullifying healing factors, can make them explode and they can cut through depleted uranium tank shells, he can make card clones and he has the standard vampire powers like enhanced strength, speed, healing, gravity manipulation etc.
Jan did nothing impressive what so ever and has standard vampire powers. Dandy Man one-shots him with a card.
