Actually untill the game comes out you have no real proof other than your fanboyism, Its like saying that Sentry has the power of a million exploding suns, writers kept bringing it up but no evidence to back it up. So until i see real proof im siding with the hulk family as i personally dont think that he could handle all four of them

There is no actual way for them to kill James. He has the same capabilities as Mercer, and after absorbing Mercer he's basically a god. He'd pick them off one at a time and absorb them giving him even more power. Hell just him before absorbing Mercer would be enough to beat the hulks, because as soon as one drops their absorbed. Mercer can revive from one cell, and James can do the same. So in the end it will be a good fight but James Heller wins.

Heller doesn't have the power to win.Hulk alone can stomp Alex and James at the same time.Consuming isn't working on Hulk,Hulk's body kill any living virus like the Spike.

The problem with taking down an Prototype is their healing factor, they can heal from skeletons in seconds if there is any biomass around them and their powers is more than enough to easily slice through Tanks and pummel trucks with 1 punch
Hulk & Red Hulk easily beat him, i'm not knowledgeable enough on Skaar to say anything other than it's debatable though Heller beats She Hulk. Anyway, he loses altogether quite badly.

The Prototypes can consume a strong being if they can gradually deteriorate it down to the point of submission and only then consumption is imminent. Otherwise, they can't do it unless the organism can't notably defend themselves so it's not an option against the Hulk regardless of whether they can physically consume him or not.

Hulks skin is "impregnable" and only adamantium has been known to penetrate it and very very recently in Hulk#1 That came out on this Wednesday Hulk Shrugged off Adamantium Bullets, they couldn't even penetrate his skin. Lets not even talk about Skaar, Skaar is Hulk 2.0 . That old power he has will make him pretty much invincible, even if he gets shattered(Just for argument sake because it hasn't been done and is nigh impossible to do) he can reform himself from any part of the earth like his mother caiera could. His strength and endurance drastically sky rockets to World war hulk levels and he can command the earth in multiple of ways. Earthquakes, Chasims,he can also command dirt/sand into spears and make them fall like rain. Red hulk now is extremely powerful, not as physically powerful as Worldwarhulk or Oldpowered Skaar, but almost and that's not while he has absorbed some sort of outside power to enhance his already dangerous power level.She hulk is powerful too but she ain't super amazing, she might get defeated here moderate difficulty but after her is where the stress will start for Keller. Him against all 4 is suicide.Him against one of them is the only chance he might have and even then I have no faith he will be able to defeat any of them.

Well Hulk is much of a brute while James is really acrobatic and fast so he could trick Hulk somewhere then go behind him and rip those eyes out.
