Cell in a stomp. He could very easily disintegrate the prototypes on the cellular level, and anything that doesnt completely destroy him makes him more powerful. Cell.

Mercer has no chance in anyway when cell spams city destroying blasts.

James Heller can take a nuclear blast and still heal.
