Unlike Vixen he has access to all the animal kingdom all the time, including extinct animals. Now that I think about that it makes it a little unfair. Editing OP

Just think of battle forum rules (i.e keeping it fair). Jaguar in the SA was ridiculously powered. he had the strength of every animal and was described as being as strong as a herd of Mammoth (though I only rememberr that reference once) . He was almost indestructible because his skin was as tough as certain dinosaurs, mega healing factor. His power was more magic due to the "jaguar belt" a mystic artifact powered by the animal spirit. Hence the way he had the powers of all animals past and present. He was in the MLJ set what Superman was in DC at the time.
