Jackie both rounds. His combat speed and agility in that cartoon was off the charts. Definitely above peak human, IMO.

Jackie Chan. He may not have the physical strength that Cap has, but he is vastly superior to him in martial arts and was damn near untouchable by regular humans..the dude fought demons, dragons and Dracula in a comical fashion.

If Jackie doesn't want any trouble, Cap definitely won't give it to him.

Also he was insanely fast. Cap shouldn't even be able to touch him lol.
