Who'd win? For what reasons?

IG-88. Not like he could do anything to his durasteel frame. IG-88, EU at least, should be fast enough to react and tag him as well.

I'm going with IG-88 in a very, very close fight. Both guys can really hurt each other here, and there isn't a speed disparity in terms of Jack's movement vs 88's reactions and perceptions. However, when 88 hits Jack, Jack takes anywhere between 5-20 seconds to recover and heal up. When Jack hits 88, he lols at losing a few circuits and keeps fighting. Advantage of being a machine.

He won't lol when one of his arms is on the ground :P

Yeah Jack wins easy. Hell Jack can deflect IG-88 shots. IG-88 been beaten by a Han Solo knock off and Boba Fett. Jack wrecks this robot.
