I think jack frost is useless without his staff.

I'm inclined to go with Ozai, as Jack's ice wouldn't be as effective against someone with the kind of power Ozai has. However, I do not know the extent of Jack's immortality, but I'm pretty sure he can't get tired, physically die, or be KO'ed, so if these apply, Jack will win

He has his staff, that's why I said he can't lose it

he's gotten tired from pushing his powers to the max, and Guardians can die.

Jack takes this, he may even stomp, the dark energy pitch was using against him that night that he beat pitch was huge, again he created things like that ice rabbit without his staff, he will beat ozai, and guardians cannot die, they, they just fade, when people don't believe in them.

Jack takes this with less difficulty, he throws a snow ball at ozai, and ozai's emotions switch to fun mode.

Jack should win because they don't die only the when people stop believing they cease to exist.

@killerwasp: true, but I'm assuming that he was dealing physical damage and Ozai could do something similar. I guess it's not exactly clear

@arcus: like i said they fade, sandman came back, prooving they are immortal, he wasn't technically dead, but k.o'd yes, ozai has nothing to k.o jack, what jack dealt with against pitch is above what ozai can dish out.

sorry never saw that movie so i will go for ozai on both rounds.

Ozai for both rounds. His blast power with the comet boost, flight and over all better combat ability would be enough to clear a majority on Jack. I see Ozai getting his KO for sure (he may not be able to kill Jack). Jack is powerful, has good flight speed, and is agile so he will give a good fight to Ozai.

As much as I remember about that excuse of a movie, Ozai wins both rounds.

Second round is a stomp because his lightning is several meters wide and tens of meters long.
