ok these are the arkam asylum versions of both,this is a all out war,ivy is empowered with TITAN and has her plants,Joker has his army of TITAN powered Monsters and he himself is titan powered.

then Ivy wins easy 1 - their plants were all over the island 2 - they are strong/durable enough to break through buldings 3 - theres still the flowers that shoot poison,if Batman has trouble dodging these,the Titans will be hit by then constantly,giving serious damage every time 4 - poison gas,nuff said 5 - Ivy can use her pheromones to control the Titans and make then kill each other 6 - The titans arent that strong or durable,Batman KO'ed plenty with punches alone and they cant break through a metal door IIRC
