Any all time great heavyweight, like Ali, Louis, Frazier, Foreman, Tyson, Marciano, Holyfield, Holmes, Johnson, Lewis, and quite a few others would embarrass Drago. Rocky is an outstanding fighter, but he's lacking severe boxing skills. In most of his fights, his opponents land roughly 80% - 99% punches as the same with his opponents. In actual boxing,that's an astronomical rate. Because, no pro boxer would be allowed to fight in real life - their defense, ducking, and assuming lateral quickness would be so porous a fight would be stopped the first round.
Already, Drago's going to face boxers with better defense, better lateral quickness, and counter punches. Most of the real heavyweights are ranging from above average to flawless in this aspect.
People contended that Rocky took awhile to chop Drago, down to size. In film, Rocky isn't landing any blows on Drago, outside of the first round where Drago let's Rocky punch him in the torso. Until the 2nd round, Rocky cuts Drago's eye open with one well placed punch, where he catches the Russian off guard. After that it's a seesaw - monster mash battle showing great stamina and durability. Very little defense.
This is where the great heavyweight take over the fight. As far as strength, would you say Rocky is stronger or have greater punching power than the heavyweight champions. Possibly some, but not all or even half of them. If Rocky was able to do it over rounds 2 - 15, I'm going with the heavyweights to inflict just as much damage, if not more, while staying from Drago's killer punches.
Most of the real heavyweights are going to be able to hit their spots against Drago, while winning handedly on points or having fight stopped if they are cutting open, which would happen against Foreman, Frazier, Ali or Tyson. A few of the real heavyweights may even with a solid TKO.
