Itachi would have no answer for WW's physical attacks. Even a perfect Susanoo (which Itachi never showed he had) would crack under a punch from WW.

WW would have no answer for Itachi's genjutsu and visual powers. Not only would she have to avoid ALL eye contact, she'd also have to avoid Itachi even focusing his sight on her body AT ALL. A direct hit with Amaterasu would take WW right the heck down.

Wonder Woman is definitely fast enough to dodge Itachi's line of sight alone, but Itachi is every bit the tactician that she is, and he would definitely have some kind of answer for that. Izanagi would be a serious trump card, but wether or not Itachi would actually use it is unclear.

Too close to call. I'd say a stalemate is likely. If I had to choose a winner, it'd be WW.

Itachi has a very good chance to win, honestly. She has no knowledge of Genjutsu, how it works or how it's applied/used, and with no knowledge about Totsuka Blade, I can see her trying to parry it and end up getting sealed.
