Who would win
Itachi vs Minato
@ancient_god: Any version of Minato stomps
Regular Minato has like, one feat. No way he beats Itachi.
Fighting and beating Obito, while keeping the village safe from the nine tails.
Out speeding A.
His speed is too much for Itachi to react to,and he has the fire power to take him down.
This, +teleporting a bijuudama away from Konoha, which means that he can deal with Yasaka Magatama easily.

Neither of those really help him beat Itachi. He only outsped A because he already had Kunai to teleport over to and Obtio doesn't have Itachi's hax. He's only faster if he's thrown Kunai in advance, otherwise he doesn't really have any speed feats above Itachi.

A said he fought Minato many times and Minato was faster. Also when the Hokages were going to the battlefield Minato was first by a margin(That was pure speed not Teleportation).
So what? Itachi isn't particularly slower than A and it's not like Minato's teleportation speed was faster than a huge margin or anything. Why does travel speed matter?
