If this was 1v1 i would give Itachi a chance simply because he is a king of 1v1, His Combo of Yata Mirror and Totsuka can defeat anyone, especially with prep. He can come up with some pretty elaborate traps and setups. Such as using Shi Sui eye, or setting up Shadow clones to ambush with Totsuka which is only way he could beat either of them. But together both are just way too much for this to be anything but a spite stomp.

@overwarrior: itachi in no way shape or form touching ghost rider in a 1v1. Ghost rider is faster , can travel through spectral planes(he won't be trapped in totsuka.) and is much stronger. Ghost rider could solo the narutoverse.
