Current Luffy dominated the Pacifistas and I don't think he could take Itachi. Amaterasu is way too much for kuma and especially with no prep. A robot probably won't even bother to try and dodge flames to hard and will die if even a little touch him

Itachi has never lost a fight and is portrayed to be damn near unbeatable in the series overall even in death. A healthy itachi not restricted by plot could have soloed the 4th great shinobi war Zetsu armies, edo tensei, jinchuriki, obito, kabuto, and possibly even madara.......especially since a holding back and sickly Itachi reacted to Sasuke's kirin(manipulation of lightning from the clouds) even if we were to downplay it and say he was prepared for the lightning speed attack it's still impressive because A.) Itachi was going blind B.) he was coughing up blood all throughout the fight due to his terrible health C.) He's not even a low hightier level supposedly going by hype of other characters over shadowing his currently and mid way through the war ark.

you cannot seal a robot in a genjutsu world of dreams. not possible.

and besides he will be almost blind/coughing up blood in this fight because i specified its his part 2 incarnation. healthy itachi is nothing more than fanfiction. we dont know if we ever saw him healthy because we dont know when this sickness came into effect.

Yet on the scan he seals some weird version of Orochimaru and it's commented that it can seal anything.

and are you seriously claiming that it can seal something without piercing it first? show me scans of totsuka piercing someone as durable as kuma is, and show me scans of totsuka bypassing a defence like nikyu nikyu no mi. i mean its not a spirit sword, as everyone was able to visibly see it.

Totsuka is a spirit weapon, what does durability have to do anything with a spirit weapon that doesn't have a physical form?
@sirneko: totsuka is visible and tangible or else it would not have caused orochimaru any pain. oro even confused it for a normal giant sword, if not for the seal activating. it being a "spirit weapon" is simply a vague description based on a vague legend recounted by zetsu.
plus totsuka also carved up, not sealed, orochimarus hydra heads. meaning it does not seal anything it merely touches. piercing is the requirement, and its never been shown to pierce someone of kuma's durability level.
Kuma will be killed. And Totsuka no tsurugi seals whatever it pierces in a genjutsu world of drunken stuppor. Its a spirit weapon and its physical form appears as fire hence durability is irrelevant since it could encompass Kumas body and then seal him the same way it sealed Nagato. It turned into something like an arm and pulled him into totsuka no tsurugis gorge.

Kuma aint dodging amaterasu or reflecting it by touching with his hands. Amaterasu completely burns anything it touches.
