He's not beating someone with toonforce that rivals that of Bugs Bunny (the same character that became the writer) and Popeye beats up the developers and everyone that works for his cartoon with Author/4th wall breaking Hax.
Lol this thread. That one guy said that no one from DBZ could beat him which is a lie. There are a lot of characters that Dio couldn't even hurt from Z. How does Dio hurt a ghost? How does Dio destroy any version of Majin Buu? How does Dio defeat Demigra? How does Dio defeat the Supreme Kais of Time? How does Dio hurt someone too durable for him to hurt? How does Dio's time control allow him to render everyone else's moot? Including non DB characters?
@mee09: He was able to stop GER which is one of the hax powers in anime period. If he pretty mess up all the Jojo's at once Jojo are known for there hax and sexy poses then a lot of character might not have a chance.
Composite Trigon, Injustice Shazam (Because he was soloing all of the Olympians, and I do mean soloing because most people like Superman and Flash couldn't do anything to the Olympians, before Zeus arrived), Injustice Zeus, Nekron at full power, Alien X (if completely decisive on all fighting actions), The Looney Toons Road Runner and if all else fails old fashion Bugs Bunny (after he says this means war and as long as he wins in a funny way.)

Note that this hax is far above a hax than can pierce through infinite universes with infinite force and a hax that exist outside space and time and can turn everything to zero. Dio durability is too high for DBZ characters to hurt him.
Not to mention, Dio can create his dimension adn can dump 99% of DBZ character there. He has excess to infinite universes and timelines where he can simply kill all the DBZ character before they were even a threat.
He can steal all their powers and can erase every DBZ character from every universe and timepline in an instant like he did with all Jojo.
Heck none of DBZ character have any counter to his most basic power. Infinite time stop

Dio's hax works on a higher dimensional than STTGL. He can simply teleport into pilot base and erase those kids out of existence.

GER not only nullify anything it also creates separate realities and universes. When he killed Diavolo, Diavolo was turned powerless and was trapped in endless realities and alternate universes.

@staticdwanyemcduffie: well only two really got a chance to fight before he started killing them. Hermes laughed at how slow the Flash was then knocked him out without much effort, and Hercules punch Superman into space and effortlessly manhandled Wonder Woman.
The other Olympians like Atlas and Eros were taken down in seconds by Shazam.
