Unless they are infecting Stark house with skynet virus (and the terminators can't do that by themselves), Ironman wins this, he is faster and have more weapons than any of them.

Iron Man can take them down fairly easily. He is capable of generating a heat beam sufficient to 'melt' them or he could render them imobile them with magnetics. He has many paths to victory.

Even if that's not the case, you're using a no limits fallacy. I can look at a simple pulley system and know how it funcions, doesn't mean I could do the same with a nuclear reactor. The Iron Man suit is vastly more complex than any Terminator ever, there would be no way it could figure out the suit.
Tony would have a tough time here unless he had the Terminator's specs (Which I highly doubt he does) The Terminators wouldnt be affected by EMP's, seeing as how they survived nukes, but I would need this confirmed. Its a tough fight, but the Terminators have the edge
The Terminator tech is actually supiror to Tonys. Not to mention since they are from the future, they would have all the info they need on how to beat Tony and disable his suit.
