Ironman vs Lex Luthor

1. They both get prep for however long it will be
2. They can wear their armor for whatever armor they might choose for whatever reason
3. They are fighting two battles (one being mano to mano and the other being Business Stocks)
4. Determine whether if Lex has a better chance against Ironman or Dr. Doom

1. They both have decent prep feats, however Lex's highest (becoming a god/abstract) outclasses anything Stark has ever done.

2. Tony's best armors outclass Luthor's by a decent margin.

3. In a fight...with prep Lex. Without prep, Tony. Business wise, Lex. He's far more ruthless and logical. Tony's more likely to be distracted by the hordes of beautiful women that keep showing up while Lex slowly drains all of Starks resources.

4. Most of Lex's defenses are technological. Doom's magic makes them a moot point. Luthor's much better equipped to defend himself against Tony.
