IronMan with ease. Deadpool just shoots his gun at Iron Man which does nothing. Iron Man uses his laser. Deadpool mayb is able 2 dodge the laser, but eventually Iron Man cuts him in half.

Iron man would beat the living shit out of Deadpool, but as the dude up there stated Deadpool can't die. He regenerated his whole body from a hand. Eventually Iron man would just kill himself from exhaustion

Need more info. What type of equipment sets? What's Deadpool packin'? Where do they fight? This isn't a universal curbstomp, as much as most people would like to believe it is.

Against the absolute most current Iron Man, Deadpool wins. Iron Man apparently isn't even using his own suit. He's borrowing Crimson Dynamo's.

Does deadpool have his teleporter? If so, I'm sure he'd do something really, really crazy, like teleport inside Iron Man's armour, smart-ass comment on how cramped it is, that there's barely room for two, perhaps a gay remark or three, and a question about how and where they're supposed to pee.

Actually the OP says Deadpool with all his powers. He will probably win. Deadpool was Galactus's herald at one point and gave the Silver Surfer some trouble:

Deadpool would regen from the nuetrino-crap spewing forth from his subatomic particles and punch Tony in the face. Really hard. And really, really hurt his hand in the process.
