1 week of prep is not enough for him to learn everything about the speed force, something no one except Barry and a select few others even know about. Barry also has the speed mind, the power to see every outcome of every possibility of a scenario. And he can still BFR iron man, and he can still just beat IM into the dirt.

Tony, even with measures against intangibility, doesn't have the reaction time to use them against Barry.

Guys, who says Tony will even come close to the Flash? He'll just saturation bomb the entire area. You Flash fanboys are too much...

1) Because Tony doesn't have the time to do that

2) Because that's just silly, and likely wouldn't kill Flash anyways

3) Because Tony is too busy trying to find out how to get out of the speed force

You do realize Flash isn't the only speedster here? New 52 Supergirl is as fast as New 52 Barry Allen. And Barry Allen has caught the bullets of an entire firing squad firing (in a column) while walking. And even so, the bomb won't kill Solomon Grundy. Grundy will continue to regenerate until Tony runs out of power.

Maybe if Tony made a bunch of empty suits to distract his opponents, then pulls of a deathstroke on the flash

Does Tony have access to Kryptonite? If not Super-girl takes a sundip and proceeds to strip Tony.
