Ironman, Batman and Mr. Fantastic vs. Thor

Ironman, Batman and Mr. Fantastic have a year of Preparation together to beat Thor.

They have a portal accessible to Asgard where they can go under cover and ask for help and can obtain resources to use against Thor while Battling. They can also use resources from Asgard to beat Thor, though they can not call for help within the fight or ask Odin for help at all.

That's what I thought as well...

I agree with all of you as well.

On the Battle Field each of the Trio members would be equipped with Insider, Bleeding Edge, ThorBuster, Time~Bending Armour, and due to the team's smarts and their armour, they will pull of a win.

This is my Opinion.

With that much prep the team can take this.

Ironman, Batman, and Richards would stomp Thor with a years time of preparation.

Even with a month of preparation they would win.

Thor Buster armour got a nice result against Thor, even without winning, i'm pretty sure the team can pull a victory.

Thorbuster suit would probably beat Regular Thor all by its lonesome. Adding a year of prep is overkill.

Not to mention with Batman on this team, he could upgrade Stark's "Thorbuster" Armor with a host of weapons made of Nth Metal (a supernaturally powered being's worst nightmare).
