Doubtful, Terry as far as I know hasn't fought anyone as strong or as fast as pre-BND and regularly gets tagged by much slower. I have my doubts he can take two heavy hits from Pete trying, much less break his webbing is Spider covers him in it.

Can they cut through steel? Even if they could they probably can't cut through webbing.

I can't remember. But I'm pretty sure they're penetrated through steel before
I think that Spider-Man would still win though considering after all he still does have powers that a better than just the suit. The suit just gives him some extra things.

Terry wins this. In his later career his suit could do some pretty overpowered things. He can cloak and bombard Peter with powerful blasts of force and Lazers. He could pick him up with these force field like abilities and then blast him with Lazers. If he rushes in thinking he's faster than Peter he dies. I'd take Terry 8/10 times in later appearances, and 5-6/10 in earlier appearences.

First, when has Terry ever used a laser? Scans? Second, his suit is about as advance as the Iron Spider suit. Third, Spider-man has a Spider Sense and all the different types visions from his suit. He isn't going to just cloak and shoot lasers at him. Peter will sense and/or see him. Last, Spider-man is by far the superior here in almost every catagory.
@comicstooge: Compared to any of the three versions of the Spider-Armor, that's nothing. And it had barely any other useful capabilities. And before you mention the arms, it was stated in comics that they were too fragile to use directly in combat, unlike Superior Spidey's mech arms.
@comicstooge: It wasn't true stealth invisibility (unlike Spidey's Big Time suit) but it was actually a camouflage (which also enabled Spidey to change the design of the costume).
First and foremost the iron spider suit can see in infrared and spidy has his spidersense making invisibility useless seeing as how not only does the sense tell peter where the danger is coming from but petes body will auto react to the danger unless he wills himself not to. Moving on to petes powers. As of the storyline "the other" pete can deadlift 25 tons and has been shown to knockout a T-rex from the savage lands with 1 punch. And spiderman is the most flexible marvel character next to reed richards. Spiderman has trained with and beaten the likes of iron fist and Wolverine. He helps tony stark with gadgets on a regular basis and even Captain America has praised pete on his H2H skills. His enemy's people he beats daily are on world class danger levels like Venom who recently reattached to superior spiderman and beat the Avengers (not counting hulk). Batman beyond gets his ass kicked by street thugs. Pete dodges Electros lighting bolts. You got to be quick to dodge living electricity. Damien Wayne with just a katana could destroy bat beyond. Pete beat god dang Quicksilver. A better fight would be batman beyond vs red hood
