Iron Man is extremis version,Hulk is war hulk,Thor has no Odin-force,Captain America is the current version,and Hawkeye is the current version. Fight takes place in NY.

the only way hawkeye wouldn't finish last is if he somehow managed to get get a shot on cap before cap notices. other than that it's Thor, Hulk, iron man, cap, hawkeye.

Thor and Ironman are too reliant on technology or another source of power. Based on the films/ comics, Cap is far greater in combat than Thor and being a soldier, he can think on his feet and use tactics. Hulk is virtually indestructible, however if this situation ever came about, Cap could possibly even defeat Hulk.
