Outside of jobbing out kryptonians in other titles, with no independent feats to actually back up a chick who struggles to land a plane being called the equal of someone from a race that benches planets when weakened, she really has nothing to indicate she can beat tony

So yeah...given her inconsistency, and the way shes written in her own solo, id say tony wins. At least till diana gets some consistent feats like her pre 52 self

Not all kryptonians are superman but they are of the same race whicb means they are roughly as strong. Doing things like punchinh people across continents in their monthlies, or breaking his arm in their limited appearances kinda rather backs that up as opposed to " cant land a plane"

CaVs are more about debating skills rather than which characters are actually stronger, so regardless of which user is the victor, it doesn't necessarily mean that character A would lose to B just because person 2 won the debate.

Time is of the essence. Not having enough of it is understandable.

I'll just stick to what's on paper, Bruce is as big, if not a bigger, prep-monkey than Tony is and the only thing he could come up with was Superman in the span of 5 years.(Atm I am not counting Snyder's black market lasso as legitimate)

What's different is that Bats draws on everything he can while Tony often seems to rely entirely on his own inventions (because his ego and patents matters). So while he can ask for help, I don't imagine Tony will make much use of it. (Like despite how often they fail, I don't recall hearing about Tony asking Reed, Pym or the like about improving the Hulkbuster armors)

Iron Man. Without prep, I'd still say Extremis Iron Man could pull it off against New 52 Wonder Woman, but that won't be easy either.

If tony thinks the world is at stake then he'll have 3 seperate teams of avengers, a few x-men teams, maybe a few Gods and if he feels like it a few herald type guys at his back.

However if anyone thinks a normal Iron Man can beat Wonder Woman without any prep then they are clearly Iron man fanboys.
