Iron Man vs Transformers (movie versions both)

Round 1: Stark vs Optimus Prime, Tony doesn't have an armor and is armed with a chainsaw and a katana, Optimus before getting improvements (first movie version)

Round 2: Tony has access to his armor he used in Avengers, and he has Daredevil and Charles Xavier helping him (movie versions as well). Daredevil is armed with his billy clubs, Xavier is in wheelchair, has no mutant powers and wields his steel sledgehammer. They fight against Optimus, Megatron, Galvatron and Lockdown (all in their prime)

Transformers win. And I don't know if you noticed but movie Optimus Prime is a bad a$$, he's basically the best hand to hand warrior out of all the Transformers, he packs heavy duty artillery/weaponry and he's nowhere near as annoying as Marvel's movie Iron Man. F*&^ I hate Robert D. J. IM .

Wow this is the biggest spite I've ever seen for Iron Man...

Round 1 he doesn't even have armor...? Just a chainsaw...? Really??

Round 2 he gets this?

If this wasn't a spite match and he had his armor that he fought Thor in he'd win both rounds.

Round 1: Lol.

Round 2: IM 3 armors are ultra weak. Curbstomp.

@noone301994: Oh sorry, I forgot that armor had lots of malfunctions. I replaced it with the Avengers armor. I also gave him another weapon for round 1 and one more sidekick for round 2
