This is a spite battle.

Ironman wins in a complete stomp unless The Thing earns a huge upgrade in this battle, or Ironman downgrades a lot.

Ironman has too many weapons at his side including beams and rockets that can destroy tanks.

Stark wins this.....at a distance, which is easy seeing as he can fly. The only chance Grimm has is in the event of CIS and Iron Man decides to throw fist with him

Isn't thing like a thousand+ tonner? It'd be a one-hit KO on regular Iron Man.

@lowlaville: I haven't seen him do anything thats far beyond Tony's level. He's definitely taken hits from stronger power houses like sentry.

Ironman wins. Many of his armors (specially modern ones) easily rival the Thing in brute strength and durability, and then there's his flight, superior speed and a large arsenal of powerful weapons.

Anything less than the Hulkbuster probably won't cut it, though...

Honestly don't know what armor would lose to the thing.

He's got so many i don't even keep track any more. I'd probably say any of the oldschool armors from the 70s or 80s or early 90s would lose to current 100-ton thing. Probably most or all of the armors that pre-date the Hulkbuster, would fail against current thing. Hulkbuster was made for taking down bricks like Ben, so it would be a decent little slugger with Tony knocking Ben out, imo...

Post-Hulkbuster Armors... literally take your pick, there are many that could take down Thing lol

These XXX vs. Iron Man battles, where the OP doesn't specify a particular suit, are always so ambiguous. We talking MK II or Uru Godkiller?
