Very much so, I'd say he's my favourite. As for Iron Man vs Thing, in his average Extremis suit, Id say at distance and good power like stated prior, Tony has this, but if it came up close and he wasnt quick to think, Thing. But I cant really see either becoming close, neither is that dumb, Thing would probably try to throw stuff at him. Anyway Id say Iron Man wins.
Despite the power up Tony's had some of his worst showings since he got Extremis. You'd almost think people didn’t like him for some reason.
Anyway, the armours from Silver Centurion up (maybe earlier) are all at least on the same level as the Thing physically and have way to many options that Ben cant match for him to have a good chance of beating Stark.
