Who wins?

Some hits from Ironman  will make some damages to Superman , but one strong hit from Superman will destroy Stark's armor , making Tony battles Superman without his armor .

Iron Man loses.

Superman would stomp on Tony.

wow anyone said murder jeez on punch armor gone and one flick of his pinky finger tony is done unless stark has prerp and he goes crazy with the kryptonite  making all his blasts that.

just a random run in between superman and iron man, superman would destroy him. he could fly right thru him or punch thru him or even just cut him in half with his laser vision if he wanted.

planned run in would be a little more fair. tony could run his iron man suit with kryptonite and make changes that allow him to shoot either kryptonite rays or red sun radiation. If tony planned and prepared like that, that would be a great fight and i would think he would have a good chance of winning, but if he had time to prepare for it thatn so would superman, so he would probably create a lead covered suit that continuosly feeds him yellow sun light like superboy primes. If superman did that than he would still win pretty quickly. specially if the lead was mixed with a kyptonian alloy to strengthen it.

Kryptonite is common knowledge in Marvel and DC universe, in fact Kryptonite is common knowledge in just about every comicbook universe
 just as it is common knowledge Spider-Man swings past buildings and Manhunter has a weakness to fire and that Prof X is a fragile little man but a powerful telepath.
These are all common facts that even the dumbo crooks in the street know.
Stark has already crossed over in DC universe many times. You think a guy with his level of intelligence and with his knowledge of the JLA isn't going to know what Kryptonite is? Stark produces stuff for spies and US military intelligence for crying out loud, he will have already heard talk or scaned a paper, or read a science paper on Superman.

Kryptonite or not Superman wins. If Tony actualy makes a suit of Kryptonite superman just flyies away and Tony is going to die from cancer .
