@Mr_Ingenuity: @ChaosMarvel: I think you didn't read Superboy yet. Kon can scan his enemy with his TK,without touching.....so he would know Stark's plan before he can react,would know the weakest points of his armor and then split him or simply destroy it inside out

I think tony cause of resouces from armor and the current superboy is very inexperienced. if it was pre-52, it would probabbly end with superboy winning

This would be a good one to watch. I really feel Tony could pull this off. Got Kon El by a hair though.

As I said before e used TK to know everything about his enemies,he can learn anything and store in his mind with his TK..he already learn about history just to be in a school,the professor doesn't had started the lesson yet and also he makes Kid Flash loses control of his body,he would stay running until I die, if not for the Wonder Girl saves it

@matchesmalone21: its cool, i only had picked up issue 3 of the new superboy and read abunch of issues from the pre-52 series, what i had looked at the two, the power differnce looked like past was better, but it seems that he has gotten way more powerful. back to the battle, i can see that the tk can strip ironman of his armor before even touching him

@comicanimelover:Yes, the writer made a big change in his powers is still TK,but now moreis not only concentrated in their hands, what I found great. Yes,not to mention he would be able to split the Extremis from him.

I think superboy is mor powerful than preflashpoint but obviously doesn't have the number of feats, he should be able to pull out a win.

@matchesmalone21: i think tonys is different, it changed his entire biology of his body, he could commicate with machines and his armor actually comes out of his body, so if the armor is removed he could either regrow it call it to come to his aid

@comicanimelover: I don't think so.... Grunge also has his entire biology changed,he can turn into any (hard) material that he thinks and Superboy was still able to ripp his cybernetic enhancements,without problem. As I said he can leran about Tony using TK and using TK X-Ray,so he would knowabout his physiology,he already uses his TK to know the heat point of wood and then moving the molecules at a great sped to catch fire. Even doing this,he would be still able to destroy the armor or disable it,or makes Tony losing control of his body and the Extremis (it can be manipulated)

Superboy will win he can just rip off Tony armor via TK powers just like he did Cassie magical armor, his TK powers are much more powerful then before.

SB can block any attack IM throws at him with his TK field,then use his TK to knock around,or crush IM.if he actually touched him it would be over before it started,his tactile sense can scan anything he touches,and then his TTK will get to work taking his armor apart. 
i think ppl think this is 90's level TTK,its not,he is a match for kryptonians easily now,and he can do a lot more with it now than he used to be able to do. 
oh and the new52 SB was created to be a living weapon,when he is ready to fight he doesnt hold back like the pre52 version did,this one has no hesitation about takijg you apart.

@jeanroygrant: Iron Man isn't immune to TK,Superboy can learn anything that Tony would tjink and do with this and also learn about his physioloy,how the armor works ..well anything,he's capable to discobver the melting point o f athing and move its molecules to great speed to cacth fire or explode

So by the posts i'm reading... It seems like Tony Stark is just going to sit around on his ass for his prep time. Then when it's time to fight he's going to stand around and do nothing.

iron man with prep is dangerous,but superboy is for the most part a unknown at this point.oh and he doesnt have a kryptonite weakness at all for tony to take advantage of. 
 
spiderman beat superboy in a write in popularity contest,which in reality is laughable,but also just the fact you brought this up means you dont follow superboy.SB from the 90's was no where as powerful as his nudcu SB version is.all theimicked powers have been boosted to kryptonian levels,not to mention full TK,super intelligence with a full body mind for super processing speed,a tactile sense that lets him see,learn,and react to anything he comes in contact with. 
 
btw i hate it when many in these battle forums use "prep time" or limit a character,just so its a stomp or to even things,only a surprise battle for both,at their full normal power levels is righ to me.

if this was a random encounter i would say SB for sure, but with one day prep i think Tony will manage some way to defeat him..

Iron Man with Bleeding Edge should win here. Maybe once Conner grows a little more in the New 52 he could win.

I thin that the 1 day prep will make Iron Man win. Even though he doesn't know SB kryptonite weakness he can still do something that will make him win.

@matchesmalone: jus because he scans it doesn't mean he can understand it. And he has one day prep. He shut down Emma's abilities and loads of other TP and TK users with te switch of a button. Thus is one-day prep tony. No.

@nickthedevil: Actually,when he scan soemthing,he's also capable to understand,as was showing in issue 11 when he sense the chemical combination and structure of the alcohol drink by just seeing it and what it would do with his body.. So turn off his TK,do you think it would shut down the other powers? The Kryptonian DNA is still there...

With Prep, Id give it to Tony. He has the means to shut down Kon's TTK and an energy siphon takes care of his kryptonian abilities. Also, Kon is vulnerable when distracted and, being faaaaar less experienced than Tony, that can be easily taken advantage of.
