Tony stomps.

he dosnt stomp, but he dose win, if u give S12 prep they could win
actually he does. All of these guys, with the possible exception of Sandman, are street-levelers. Tony has the tech and firepower to put down way heavier-hitting foes than street level. Alot of these characters have easily exploitable weaknesses, and Tony is more than smart and capable enough to exploit these weaknesses. Only 2 of these guys can even fly, once they go down Iron Man will be raining missiles and all forms of energy and bullets down upon them.

Ock with prep dropped Tony in End of the Earth, so I'm inclined to give it to the twelve.
Ock doesn't have prep in this battle.
Sinister 12. Doc Ock, Sandman and Electro can be tough. Hydro-Man/Lizard/Green Goblin/Hammerhead (ten tonner with adamantium skull) can hurt Iron Man. Mysterio and Chameleon can confuse him. Kraven/Vulture/Tombstone can at least keep him busy and distract him so the heavier hitters can hurt him. Numbers matter people.
I can see the Sinister Twelve beating Ultimate Iron Man.
Ultimate Iron Man needed specific suits built to operate efficiently because of his condition and Bleeding Edge doesn't have that. Plus he's still an alcoholic.

Well he used his tumor to make a connection with evil reid's city and take it over, so I guess he'll probably do that with bleeding edge also.
Nah, I really dont know. I just felt like pointing out how retarded that was.
On a side note how is Ultimate Tony going to cope with Loop-de-loop?
He hasn't taken on anyone with Vulture's scale of power before...
@gonjasufi:
I've been pretending that Ultimate Marvel doesn't exist since Ultimatum, where they just decided to kill every character. The Ultimate X-Men have interested me, as with the Spider-Men crossover but I'm am inclined to not go into that region right now...

If you go read how they ended the evil reed arc you will not want to think about touching anything ultimate.
They set it up to be so awesome, and it's like they just kind of had an idea to do something else out of nowhere so they rushed the shit out of ending. In the lamest way possible.

Actually, this is Ultimate Stark in the Bleeding Edge armour. Ultimate Stark is very different from 616 Stark. If he feels threatened, and he will, then he will not hesitate in killing them... something 616 Stark doesn't do unless he has to.
So, if Ultimate Stark is wearing the Bleeding Edge, then he will use ALL his capabilities to defend himself. Which can include a satellite strike that NO ONE from the sinister 12 can see coming until it's WAY too late. Or shutting down their minds with a sonic boom. Electro won't do anything, Stark has owned him before with an older armor. Sandman gets turned into a glass sculpture. Green Goblin's glider gets hacked and explodes. Etc etc etc
Ultimate Stark kills them all.

Not that your biased or anything...
@robertloucksjr: Tony can fly, which instantly removes everyone who can't fly/doesn't have potent ranged attacks. He's tanked nukes with ease, so nobody here can really get through his durability. He flies well into the hypersonic, so he can strafe at mach 7 and most of the 12 can't even react to him. Electro can't get through shields that tank EMPs from Nukes, and Doc Ock, Sandman, Hydro-Man, Lizard, Hammerhead, Kraven, and Tombstone can't touch him due to speed and flight. His sensors should be able to get through Mysterio and Chameleon's distractions, and neither Vulture nor Green Goblin have the durability to hang with him in flight. The only possible issues I see are permanently putting down Sandman and Hydro-Man, but he can probably just vaporize them, since Ultimate Tony will kill if necessary.
I agree that tony takes the majority but if the 12 were to find any way to get him on the ground ( a la tony being arrogant and cocky.....or drunk) they would pummel him into no tomorrow. Remember when spidey wailed on tony after civil war? (i know that was a little PIS) but on the ground Lizard if faster than he is an can damage the armour. Tombstone is extremely tough to put down, Ocks arms plus sandy and hydroman doin their thing he would be toast. Ill give to tony as a 6/10 slight majority

I'm really not. I know when Tony gets to lose. This is not one of those cases.
