Random encounter, takes place in Death Valley

Round one: morals on, winner by KO

Round two: morals off, battle to the death.

No BFR, Iron Man cannot fly higher than 30 feet in the air

@space_coyote: I seem to remember that version of Magog fighting the entire Justice Society at once, around a dozen people, taking hits from people like Power Girl without a problem.

Really? Damn, I'll have to re-read those. I was trying to find a good match for Magog. I don't think he's been represented enough on the battle forums.

Post-depower Magog would probably lose to a serious Iron Man. His drop in power level was dramatic, to say the least; he went from being able to fight the entire Justice Society at once to getting his ass kicked twice by Power Girl alone.
