You guys really need to add the situation in which these battles occur.

because in a straight pit-fight scenario, Joker actually loses pretty much all his 'power' (I say power because I read a comic once where everyone lost their powers.. and joker became sane)
So in a straight fight, Joker has no chance absolutely.

BUT, if this were an actual comic story. Tony Stark is in a shitload of trouble.. his identity ISN'T secret, and anyone close to Ironman (without powers) would seriously want to be someone else if Joker comes to town with his sights set on giving mr Stark "A really bad day"

power is not important . Joker would do all he can do on bat-man but not on Stark . He ca cause some big damages on Stark but he won't
win . That what i think . Iron man  wins .

Tony has dealt with Mandarins schemes and worse. Joker has no angle here.

Joker lives because Batman is too big of a p***y to kill him. Stark would not only viciously curbstomp Joker but he would take pride being "the man who FINALLY stopped Joker"

Joker isn't a great villain because he's super powerful. He's threatens at the edges of your life, not at it's heart. In a story, every normal person Stark had ever known would be dead before Stark could pin joker down. If a fight, Joker would be dead WHILE Tony was drinking a martini.
