Round 2: Both have three months prep

-In the second round, Tony is allowed access to all the armors he has ever built(including ones that have been rendered inert or have been destroyed) and all the tech(excluding the Infinity Gems) he has ever used

-Doom has access to all the tech he has ever used(excluding reality warping items, Doombots, and time travel tech)

I'd say Ironman takes it. Also is Ironman allowed his suit army?

2.Iron Man one-shots. It is his only chance, before Doom will use magic.

I would have to reread the issue but are you talking about hulk and dooms most recent fight under Jason Arons? Because I thought doom used magic the whole fight? Unless I am misremembering...

And I don't see iron man one shotting doom. Especially with prep.

I would say doom both rounds. Magic is a pretty big edge for him. I think Tony would put up a fight though.

Round 1 - Dr Doom

Round 2 - If Tony can find a way to counter doom magic he might take this

Round 1: Doom.

Round 2: Iron Man

Round 1: Doom just comes more prepared on a daily basis.

Round 2: Well 2 weeks of one sided prep highly swings this in Tony's favor.

I can be wrong, but I remember it as a fight without magic.

Now with the new changes.

Doom on both rounds. Doom, just time travels and buys Stark Industries when it was tanking, and kills Tony before he ever became Iron Man.

I meant to say "excluding" the Infinity Gems. Changed it now.

If Doom without prep can houdini his way out of being obliterated by multiple Celestials, it's tough to see what plot devices Tony throws at him in round 2 do much better.

I'll say both rounds go to Doom, assuming someone doesn't bring up a plot device that enables Tony an easy win in round 2.

Doom wins both rounds. His durability has been tested by far more powerful forces than Ironman. Tony did blow up the Phoenix force, but Doom might have absorbed it. Doom with any prep is a win. Doom v Tony no prep at all is a Doom win.

It wasn't a battle per se, Tony made a weapon that took para-Cosmic Cube power from Thanos. I'm not following his current series (while I should since Gillen is writing it), but he is now a part of Guardians of Galaxy as much as Avengers.

Tony pulled a Victor, stealing cosmic(cube) power from a more powerful character? more or less, so what was the end result and thank you for helping!!!

He didn't steal it. He destroyed it, it wasn't real CC, but still a weapon that allowed Thanos to imprison Elders of the Universe, Stranger and In-Betweener in Canncerverse. Thanos thought that he killed them all.

Round 1: My edge goes to Doctor Doom

Round 2: Both are extremely useful when it comes to prep time, but think Iron Man has the upper hand on this one and could be able to invent some type of suit to defeat Dr. Doom like he has with Thor, Hulk, and the Phoenix Force.
