 Rules: Both Vader and Tony are fighting at there best. 
Using current Iron-Man.

Two, even if Vader gained the opportunity to Choke him, reactively attacking him via repulsors would cut off Vader's attack if he is thrown off. Three, Iron Man can win via magnetism anyway. This is just as mismatched now as it was back then.

Iron Wins with tech and prep, but if the Force is activated 1st, Vader might win. I think Iron Man will come up with a way to negate the Force though, but I'm not too sure of that.

The only version of Iron Man that loses is his Mark 1 armor. Vader loses against other types.

I'm not disagreeing entirely, but I would bring up a few things in Vader's favor.

One, he's able to absorb energy attacks. Remember when he blocked Han's blaster shot? Yes, I know that's not nearly as strong as what Tony's out putting, but he did absorb it effortlessly, so I would assume he could handle more.

Two, he's a powerful telekinetic. What's stopping him from spinning Iron Man around in a crucified position and plunging his lightsaber into his back for as long as it takes?

Three, Vader uses fear as a weapon. There are several force illusion techniques that are more powerful than the mind trick, and Tony has no mental defenses that I'm aware of.

There's still a man in the suit,,I don't see whats stopping Vader from crushing his windpipe from the start,,or his heart for that matter.

Stark is a smart fellow. I bet he has shields that prevent anything weaker than Hulk from successfully penetrating his defenses in his good armor. And Hulk destroyed the Dark Dimension for goodness sake. Iron Man kills Vader with good defenses and an overkill offense.

The ability to destroy a planet is nothing when compared to the power of the Force.... Said no one to the Hulk. Ever. HULK SMASH!

IMs current suit is capable of taking multiple nukes without shields up and dog walking Rulk, not only that, but if I am not mistaken, it can also create pretty much any weapon. Vader is in for 1 hell of a night.

That being said, Stark could probably use his suit's diagnostics to replicate Vader's power and annihilate him with the same force, many times over using nuclear power.

Vader Grabs him, and holds him under the water until the Iron Man rusts, and freezes.

Iron Man is durable enough to stands against Hulk or Rulk for a short time, neither anywhere near the power of a Nuke, and would still get dropped. Lets not exaggerate now.

Anyway IM wins this match.

What in the world stops varder for force crushing Tony's heart? Like I don't understand putting Non Force users against force users. This makes no sense to me.

First set of scans is Iron Man gaining a good mile away from the Nuke Blast (Not even Ground zero with the full force).

Second Scans is from New Avengers were NOT NUKES and IM had to deploy his FORCE FIELD!

So sorry, but no. Iron Man has never tanked a Couple Nukes. He has never tanked a single nuke head on at all.

I think this fight depends on who's quicker on the draw. Could Vader choke out Stark before Stark could possibly one shot him?

Pretty sure Vader can crush any part of Stark's body without having to crush his armor. So I don't see how armor durability is a factor here.

Only question is who can strike first. Stark clearly has the arsenal to one-shot Vader. Personally I think Vader will strike first.

Not ONE person has stated what is stopping Vader from force choking Tony. Not one.

Two. Where has Tony shown he can move and react faster than Vader?

C) is there anything comparable to a lightsaber that Tony has deflected?

People are picturning 70s/80s Vader with that old school molasses choreography.
