Iron Man vs. Dante & Nero read on...

The all famous iron man versus the winning team Dante&Nero from DVM, now of course it would be a curbstomp against iron man so he gets 1 week (7 days) prep time.
who wins and why?

What weapons does Dante have? If he has Pandora, he annihilates Tony, if he doesn't, then its a close match

i dont c how pandora helps, it doesnt lock on, and its not exactly fast firing, dante can have pandora, coyote, ebony&ivory, lucifer, rebellion, and yamato

Dante could use the form if Pandora where it turns to minigun, the forum where it fires about 20 hear seeking missiles, the forum where it has a heap of light that is a really powerful arrack etc.

With prep, Tony would dominate, but without prep it would be pretty close. I might even lean towards Dante since he could use Quicksilver (and maybe it wouldn't affect Nero), allowing his partner to do something similar to Iron Man as he did to the final boss of the game.
