Who wins and why?

I don't think any of these guys know who Casshern is (from Casshern Sins) lol.

Iron Man won't know what hit him.

Holy hot poop, Iron Man is going to get scrapped.

So how would comic book Iron Man fare here? In the Extremis armour, maybe? I'd think Bleeding Edge would be too far.

Comic Iron Man would be too durable for Casshern to critically harm, but then Iron Man has absolutely no way of permanently putting down Casshern because of his immortality curse and his ridiculous regen factor.
