With the Bat-EMP, Bat Super Magnet, and Bat America Flag in his belt Batman wins. He shuts down Iron Man's suit with the Bat-EMP and immobilizes Wolverine with the Bat Super Magnet. Batman will also use his Bat America Flag on Captain America to distract him to get the upper hand. Batman doesn't even need prep for this fight. He carries this stuff on him all the time, just in case.
Modern military hardware is hardened to survive an EMP blast as it was taken as a given that during the cold war if it did kick off there would be nukes detonating all over the place and techniques were developed to harden this equipment. Stark as a major weapon manufacturer would have the most advanced EMP protection and even his older armour's should not have been vulnerable.
