Gives him a fighting chance but I'm only aware of post 52 Bats from the League and that alone wouldn't help him win, he may have some tech from his other titles I think there's about 4 of them.

I still say ironman. His suit just is too strong. Idk if any of batmans gadgets could really take stark down or hinder his suit for very long. Stark is still smarter by far
